Anafé advocates for an end to administrative detention at borders and all other forms of migration criminalization.
As long as detention persists, Anafé demands :
- An end to the detention of minors
- The establishment of free and accessible legal aid provided by lawyers for all individuals held in waiting zones
- The right to effective legal remedies at borders
- An end to remote hearings and video court sessions
Additionally, Anafé calls for :
- An end to the reinstatement of internal border controls
- Mobilization to protect associative freedoms and the rights of human rights defenders
